RETAIL CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY

Downloadable products or PDF E-Books are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made!

All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you would like to return your book, you must contact us via email at contact@wessexlearning.com with the subject line "Return Request for Order #(your order number i.e 1010000) within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Once we approve your return request, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label with a tracking number via email. You must mail the book back within 48 hours of receiving the shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your book must be in unused, unread, undamaged condition. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your returned book has been accepted or rejected. Damaged or worn books will be rejected and shipped back to you!

If your return has been accepted, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
If your return has been rejected (based on the condition of the book), we will notify you by email as to the reason we did not accept your return and ship the book back to you with a tracking number. No refunds will be issued for books that have been rejected.

Late or missing refunds: Refunds typically take a few days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. If your refund has not posted, contact your bank or credit company first. If you have already done this and you have still not received your refund, please send an email to contact@wessexlearning.com with the subject line "Where is my refund? Order #(your order number i.e 1010000)"

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at contact@wessexlearning.com for more information.
