RETAIL CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY

Downloadable products or E-Books are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made

 

Wessex Press Inc. return policy is as follows

We charge a flat $25 restocking fee plus 10% of the total. 

We do not accept returns after 3 months.  

We do not accept damaged books. Wessex has the right to return damaged books at the client’s expense.
