How do I access Instructor Materials?
Logged-in verified instructors can access Instructor Materials here.

How do I reset my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link to receive a password reset email. If you don't receive the email or need additional help, contact contact@wessexlearning.com with the subject line "Password Assistance".
I placed an order. Now what?
- You'll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes. If not, email contact@wessexlearning.com with subject "Where is my order?"
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. EST from Ashland, Ohio.
- Delivery times: 3–5 business days via UPS Ground, approximately 6 days via USPS.

- You can also paste your tracking number directly into Google
- For issues with packages in transit, please contact the carrier directly. For urgent matters, contact us immediately.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated using real-time UPS and USPS rates based on package weight and shipping distance from our warehouse in Ashland, Ohio (44805).
