How do I access Instructor Materials?

How do I reset my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link to receive a password reset email. If you don't receive the email or need additional help, contact contact@wessexlearning.com with the subject line "Password Assistance".

I placed an order. Now what?
  • Check your email for an order confirmation (sent within 5 minutes). If you don't see it, email contact@wessexlearning.com with "Where is my order?" as the subject.
  • Orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. EST from Ashland, Ohio.
  • Delivery: 3–5 business days via UPS Ground (processing time not included). Delivery may vary during holidays, peak periods, or weather events.
  • Track your shipment on the UPS website or by pasting your tracking number into Google.
  • For transit issues, contact the carrier directly. For urgent concerns, reach out to us immediately.
How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated using real-time UPS rates based on package weight and shipping distance from our warehouse in Ashland, Ohio (44805).
