Daniel G. Bachrach is the Robert C. and Rosa P. Morrow Faculty Excellence Fellow at the Culverhouse College of Commerce at The University of Alabama. His research focuses on organizational citizenship behavior, transactive memory systems, and dynamic managerial capabilities. He teaches courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and related areas.
Professor Bachrach has served on the editorial boards of several prestigious journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Group and Organization Management. His research has been featured in over 40 publications, including Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management.

Professor Bachrach was recently ranked among the most cited scholars in the field of management (link). He is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
