Alisa Matlovsky

Alisa Matlovsky has been with Wessex Learning since 2008. She serves as a principal point of customer contact, helping coordinate production oversight and logistical operations.

Her role has included expanding brand recognition, developing a client network, and supporting Wessex’s commitment to innovation in education, including representing our titles at industry conferences.

Alisa applies her experience in event planning, producing and production management, honed during 24 years as an assistant director in film and television. She is a member of the Directors Guild of America, the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and serves on the board of the League of Professional Theatre Women. She also is the Volunteer District Leader for New York’s 10th congressional district for the Humane Society of the United States.

Alisa received her Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Princeton University, and Master’s degrees in Theater from Sarah Lawrence College, Documentary Film from Stanford University, and Community Advocacy from George Washington University.
